Called to order at 10:05
Officers Present: President (KJ), Vice President (Steve Wright), Treasurer (Bill)
Attending Clubs: Outlaws, TSU Bullets, Springfield RFC, Nodaway County, Jazz, KSU Women, Northland, PSU, Islanders, Omaha GOATS, Gryphons, Benedictine Saints, TSU Bulls, KU College, KU Men, KCRFC, Rogues, Columbia RFC, KU Women
Minutes Prior Meeting: Approved
Discussion:
- What should be done with the HOA? Fold? Continue and focus on Rugby development with HOA geography? Disburse some or all of the funds to HOA member clubs? If disbursed to clubs, Constitution says must go to 501 (C) 3. Funds in question are: ~$25,000 checking, $12,000 Money Market, and $27,000 for a total of ~$64,000
Motion: Keep funds within HOA for use to develop Rugby in HOA geography with option to disburse to clubs – PASSED
Motion: New BOD for HOA to develop guidelines for how funds are disbursed. – PASSED

Motion: Next meeting traditional date, second Saturday in December. – Passed
